Income support reaches more than 186 thousand families this month
Applies to lease agreements for permanent housing entered into by March 15, 2023.
It is a support that has a maximum limit of 200 euros for 5 years and which “corresponds to the difference between the actual effort rate and the maximum effort rate of 35%”.
Home loans: slow down for 9 months
Since July 2022 it has been slowing down and in April there was one of the biggest breaks. According to the Bank of Portugal, the annual rate of change increased from 4.8% in July 2022 to 1.4% in April 2023.
